My love of cooking and food stems from growing up in an Australian society.
My hospitality career spans over a 12 year period, beginning with an apprenticeship at a very popular Italian restaurant “Ladro” in Fitzroy. Upon completion of my apprenticeship, I worked in Italian restaurants, and Queensberry Hotel Swanston street, Melbourne CBD also worked in ET’s Hotel in Windsor .
Then I decided a great learning curve would be a move into fine dining.
I gained employment at “IKEA” in Richmond and Clarion Suite’s Gateway Hotel in Melbourne CBD. Here I perfected for International foods the Mediterranean menu and was able to combine all I had learnt over the years and I added the likes of Spanish food to my accomplishments.
Owning a restaurant has always been my dream. Great food is what brings people together. My passion for cooking, good old comfort food or exploring more elaborate dishes, the highest importance is placed on quality produce that is evident in all my dishes.
My new restaurant “Omni” serves a fusion of Italian and Spanish food giving you great options in terms of flavours with an opportunity to try many of my signature dishes. Come in, visit and enjoy my new venture.
